| Brooklyn Friends School 1st graders came to
visit our residents on Friday, May 11, 2007. The children
performed a dance, sang for residents and brought them flowers
in small pots as gifts. |

| Awards
The Center on two occasions has been the recipient
of the New York State "Best Practices"
Award and is also a demonstration project for the New York State
Department of Health.
Additionally, a grant from the New York State Department
of Health has enabled Cobble Hill to study innovative approaches
to the treatment of people in the more advanced stages of Alzheimer's
Disease.
